WELDING INDUSTRY

Highly pure Potassium, Lithium, Sodium and Mixed Silicates are utilizing in the manufacturing process of welding electrodes. Silicate can be ordered in different forms, from powder, solid to liquid. 

AGRICULTURE SECTOR

One of the many trace elements found in many plants is silicon. Soluble silicates are used for providing this product. Noble potassium silicate together with silica can be used for delivering an essential element called potassium for agriculture. 

FRICTION INDUSTRY

The potassium titanates manufactured by Noble Alchem are titanates that can be availed in different physical structure by automotive brake industry. The titanates can be purchased in several length, size and shapes. 

PAINTS & COATINGS INDUSTRY

SOIL GROUTING & STABILIZATION PROJECTS

Our company manufactures both liquid and solid silicates which can be added to cement to accelerate the set. Liquid silicates are usually used in spray concrete. 

ACID PROOFING & ACID RESISTANCE

Noble Potassium Silicates are used as a binder and react with acid in cement. The free silica produced is acid resistant and minimizes porosity. 

GEOPOLYMER

Potassium silicate is used for high volume fly ash material as an activator. As per Prof. Joseph Davidovits, the mixture of silicate and fly ash or other aluminosilicate material forms a strong building material like cement. 

OTHER APPLICATIONS
